PROUD MEMBERS OF THE NEW ENGLAND FOOTBALL LEAGUE
PANTHERS MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of The Central Connecticut Panthers (CTP) to provide a platform for adult football players to showcase their talents on the field as a means of moving to the next level of competition (whether amateur or professional). The Panthers will accomplish this by providing an organized, safe, and family oriented environment for players, staff, and spectators. We also strive to advance and mentor all amateur athletes through camps, training, and monetary donations to charitable athletic organizations and local schools.
The Panthers strives to achieve the following goals:
- Provide each player a fair opportunity to compete and function within a structured and competitive environment.
- Provide our fans, families, and sponsors with a quality, professional product on and off the field.
- Encourage each member of our organization to be a positive role model while actively being involved in team functions and activities outside of the team.
- Whenever possible, CTP will spread its financial resources within the community it operates on local businesses, athletic charities, and schools.
